The Elite series come with a stainless steel front, aluminum interior and gray-coated sides. Warming cabinets are only available with full, solid doors. Set on cam-lift hinges, each door has a one-piece, snap-in magnetic door gasket and solid doors are field reversible. The low-profile handles and cylinder lock offer a stylish look without compromising functionality. Featuring a full electronic control with a one-touch defrost and digital display, the Victory Elite series offers ease of use with quick temperature adjustments.
In the refrigerator and freezer units, the high-performance, top-mount refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant to comply with all environmental concerns. By utilizing a variable speed compressor, the motor adapts its speed based on demand, thus providing maximum efficiency and reduced energy consumption. The epoxy-coated coil is located out of the food zone allowing full use of the internal cabinet.
The warming cabinets feature safetyshielded heating elements, internal humidity control vents and an exterior mounted blower. Operating temperature can range from 80°F – 180°F.
