Available in door or drawer configurations, door models are set on cartridge style hinges, with a stay-open feature for easy product loading. Both pan opening and lower drawers (drawer units) accommodate 6-inch deep food service pans with locking divider bars and a removable 10-inch cutting board for quick and easy cleaning. Door and drawer configurations have a one-piece, snap in gasket.
Low-profile handles and beveled door and drawer faces offer a stylish look without compromising functionality. Featuring a full electronic control with a one-touch defrost and digital display, the Victory sandwich prep tables offer ease of use with quick temperature adjustments.
The high-performance, rear-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant to comply with all environmental concerns. With an epoxy-coated coil to help extend the life of refrigeration system, each model comes standard with adaptive defrost, a feature that will reduce energy consumption by clearing the coil of ice buildup as needed. This allows for more consistent temperature stratification and quicker cabinet pull down. Victory sandwich prep tables are capable of maintaining product temperatures of 36°F to 38°F.
