Victory's pizza prep tables come standard with a stainless steel exterior, aluminum interior and a galvanized back and bottom. The 22-gauge stainless steel top holds a heavy-duty pan liner to prevent spills from getting into the interior cabinet and makes clean up a breeze. Utilizing an insulated, flat lid, these pizza preps units are streamlined to reduce the footprint in the kitchen.

Available in door or drawer configurations, door models are set on cartridge style hinges, with a stay-open feature for easy product loading. Door and drawer configurations have a one-piece, snap-in gasket. Both pan opening and lower drawers (drawer units) accommodate 6-inch deep food service pans with locking divider bars and a removable 19-inch cutting board for quick and easy cleaning.

Drawer units feature a heavy-duty drawer slide system with an impressive 275 lbs drawer load rating (per drawer). Low-profile handles and beveled door and drawer faces offer a stylish look without compromising functionality. Featuring a full electronic control with a one-touch defrost and digital display, the Victory pizza prep tables offer ease of use with quick temperature adjustments.

The high-performance, side-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant to comply with all environmental concerns. Additionally, the refrigeration system was designed to be completely serviceable from the front. Thus, eliminating the need to remove the top and greatly reducing equipment down time and service tech costs. The compressor is available in alternative configurations when specified at the time of order.

With an epoxy-coated coil to help extend the life of refrigeration system, each model comes standard with adaptive defrost, a feature that will reduce energy consumption by clearing the coil of ice buildup as needed. This allows for more consistent temperature stratification and quicker cabinet pull down. Victory pizza prep tables are capable of maintaining product temperatures of 36°F to 38°F.
