To go along with our line of refrigerators and freezers, the Ultraspec series includes warming cabinets. Available in a stainless steel exterior and interior or stainless steel exterior with an aluminum interior, both options feature heavy-duty, 20-gauge stainless steel door with a stay-open feature for easy product loading. Set on cam-lift hinges, and with a stainless steel interior liner, each door has a one-piece, snap-in magnetic door gasket. The low-profile handles and cylinder lock offer a stylish look without compromising functionality.
The Ultraspec warming cabinets are heated with two bottom-mounted heating elements per section. Its externally mounted blower allows for full use of the internal cabinet while maintaining even temperatures. Humidity levels are easily controlled with its built-in, adjustable humidity control vent.
These warming cabinets have a full electronic control with a touchpoint interface, allowing for easy selection and a clear temperature displays. The easy-to-use control also features a manager’s lockout function-allowing for specific temperature control and reducing inadvertent changes to the settings. Operating temperatures can range from 80°F – 180°F.
