These chef bases come standard with a solid, marine edge top to prevent grease and grime from running down the side of the unit, extending the life of internal components.
The self-closing drawers offer a 275 lbs. load rating per drawer, have a one-piece, snap-in magnetic drawer gasket and offer a lifetime warranty on both drawers and drawer slides. Additionally, both upper and lower drawers accommodate 6-inch deep food service pans. With its full electronic control and digital temperature display, the Victory chef bases are ready for any kitchen.
The high-performance, side-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant to comply with all environmental concerns. Additionally, the refrigeration system was designed to be completely serviceable from the front. Thus, eliminating the need to remove the top and greatly reducing equipment down time and service tech costs. The compressor compartment is available in alternative configurations when specified at the time of order.
With an epoxy-coated coil to help extend the life of the refrigeration system, each model comes standard with adaptive defrost, a feature that will reduce energy consumption by only going into defrost when necessary. This allows for more consistent temperature stratification and quicker cabinet pull down. Refrigerator models are capable of maintaining product temperatures of 36°F to 38°F. Freezer models maintain temperatures of -10°F
