With their stainless steel interior and exterior, the Victory air curtains feature heavy-duty, 20-gauge stainless steel door with a stay-open feature and a 270° door swing for easy product loading. Also available with a retractable, sliding door, both models have a one piece, snap-in magnetic door gasket and the stainless steel rear mounted push bar with rubbers bumpers make durable in harsh conditions. The high-performance refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant to comply with all environmental concerns.
Victory air curtains have a full electronic control with touchpoint interface, allowing for easy selections and a clear temperature display. This easy-to-use control also features a manager’s lockout function-allowing for specific temperature control and reducing inadvertent changes to the settings.
The epoxy-coated coils are located out of the food zone allowing full use of the internal cabinet. Victory air curtains are capable of maintaining product temperatures at or below 41ºF for up to 90 minutes with door open, when used as directed.
